PIT GATE – Opens at 4:00
Fair personnel will be working the gate for this event. ALL people will be charged $20 at the pit gate. 2 people are to be admitted for free with pulling vehicle. The gate workers will give vouchers for you to bring to the registration trailer to receive your reimbursement upon registering.
ENTRY
Entry will be done at the camper on top of the hill near the food stand. (look for the FPP and CENPECO Flags) Please try to register as early as possible and be patient with the registration clerks as we are going to be utilizing a new registration system. If you are signing up for points and membership at the event please try and have your paperwork filled out prior in order to speed up this process. Forms will be available at the entry trailer if needed or available to download from our website.
PIT PARKING
There will be parking in 3 areas: Track Side Area, Grassy area leading down to track side, Grassy area just outside the pIt gate.
LINEUP
The starting line area along with the scales can get congested fairly quickly. We would like to try and line vehicle ups in the order they are going to pull. Please don’t weigh and lineup out of order.
WEATHER
It is our intention to do the best we can to get the event in on Saturday. There is a rain date for Sunday that we can utilize if we need to. Please stay tuned to our FACEBOOK and website for weather updates.
