PIT GATE – Opens at 4:00
ALL people will be charged $20 at the pit gate. 2 people are to be admitted for free with pulling vehicle. The gate workers will give vouchers for you to bring to the registration trailer to receive your reimbursement upon registering.
ENTRY
Entry will be done at the camper by the big tree at the corner of Lucky Lane and Livestock Alley. This will be near the puller pit area. (look for the FPP and CENPECO Flags) Please try to register as early as possible and be patient with the registration clerks as we are going to be utilizing a new registration system. If you are signing up for points and membership at the event please try and have your paperwork filled out prior in order to speed up this process. Forms will be available at the entry trailer if needed or available to download from our website.
PIT PARKING (PURPLE ON MAP)
Please refer to the Map for Pit Entrance and parking. Pit entrance will not be the same as the fair however you will still turn on to Bodziach Rd. to enter the pit gate. Being that there is no fair we are able to utilize the fairgrounds for parking and not just the arena area.
LINEUP
The scales will be set up on pavement before entering the arena area. We want to try and line up all pullers in the order they pull.
WEATHER
The weather is looking great for the event on Saturday. If something changes please stay tuned to our facebook page for updates.
SPECTATOR ENTRANCE & PARKING (YELLOW ON MAP)
Spectators will enter the main entrance to the fairgrounds and park in the yellow parking areas.
